Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions are a legal agreement between you and the seller, Twikii (legal business name: "Twikii", referred to here as "Twikii", "we", "us", or "the seller"). Twikii is a business registered in Denmark and is the entity contracting with you for the use of the platform.

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Twikii platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you use Twikii on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

Twikii is a multi-tenant software platform for field-service and cleaning companies, providing customer management, quotes, scheduling, job logging with photos, invoicing, and related tools ("the service"). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you select.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam;
  • infringe intellectual-property rights;
  • interfere with the service's security (including malware, probing, or scraping);
  • reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the service;
  • access another company's data without authorization.

5. Intellectual property

Twikii retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Subscriptions include a 14-day trial before the first billing. Upgrades apply immediately on a pro-rated basis; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

7. Service level

We work hard to keep Twikii reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twikii is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

10. General

You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are excused from performance during events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen.
