The data controller for the personal data described in this notice is Twikii (legal business name: "Twikii", referred to here as "Twikii", "we", or "us"). Twikii is a business registered in Denmark and is the entity responsible for your personal data when you use the Twikii platform. That means we decide why and how your personal data is processed when you use the Twikii platform.
2. Data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Account data — name, email address, login credentials.
- Company data — business name, address, and details needed to run your workspace.
- Service data — customers, addresses, bookings, job logs, photos, quotes, and invoices you enter.
- Usage and device data — telemetry, device identifiers, IP address, and approximate location (GPS when staff use navigation features).
- Support data — messages you send us.
3. Why we use it
We use personal data to:
- create and manage your account and provide the service (contract performance);
- operate scheduling, navigation, invoicing, and job documentation (contract performance);
- keep the service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest);
- improve the product (legitimate interest);
- respond to support requests (legitimate interest);
- meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules (legal obligation).
Where we rely on consent (for example, optional marketing), you can withdraw it at any time.
4. Who we share data with
- Service providers — hosting, analytics, and support tooling providers that process data on our behalf.
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing.
- Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where needed.
- Authorities — where required by law.
5. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority, and we will respond to requests within one month. 7. International transfers
If data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest and role-based access controls, to protect your data.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and run the service. Analytics or marketing cookies are only used with your consent, and you can manage preferences in your browser settings.
