Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 2026
Our commitment
Twikii is committed to making the platform and mobile app usable for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or reduced motion. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA, the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act and Danish accessibility requirements.
What is in place today
- a "skip to content" link on every page for keyboard and screen-reader users;
- visible focus outlines on all links, buttons and form fields;
- semantic headings, labelled navigation regions and table captions;
- text alternatives and accessible names for icon-only controls;
- colour contrast checked against the 4.5:1 requirement for body text;
- respect for the operating system's "reduce motion" setting;
- 15 languages, with right-to-left support for Arabic and Urdu.
Known limitations
- the map view for jobs and staff is visual; the same information is available as text lists next to it;
- photo documentation depends on images that our customers upload, so their descriptions are outside our control;
- we have not yet completed an independent external accessibility audit.
